Bokura ga ita: I was there too, mad though.
GAAAHHH! I just finished watching this FREAKING show and I’m so frustraged that I could kill my computer! I feel like I’m watching a Korean drama without an ending *bang head* [spoilers warning]
There is endless conflicts without resolution. What’s with this drama? I was so mad but I keep watching it until the end. Of course, I hate myself now.
Besides Yano (because I can understand him), I absolutely hated all the other charater, especially NANAMI. What’s with her? She’s so 1-D. It seems like she cannot see anyone’s feeling beside her own. Thinking of her kills me, I can’t understand her feeling at all? She seems to go back and forth between Take and Yano without a glance. Don’t get it wrong, I read many shoujo manga with weak heroine but never has one make me want to hang her so much. I haven’t read the manga but from what I watch: Nanami betrayed Yano first.
Ok, I lied. I read the latest chapter T_T [[The following are SPOILERS that take place AFTER the anime]]
In Chapter 50, Take asked Nanami to marry him–she declined. Lord, how long will this drama last. I don’t like Take (he’s weak to his own feelings) but whatever, marry him and move on, Nanami. Past the anime, the cast are in college. Yano is going through some harsh time with his family, financially and physically because his mother is sick. The annoying heroine is enjoying college life with her boyfriend Take. This is really hard…um, all the charaters are now adult and are going through ‘adult situation’
Yano is later…well…living with Yuri (ugh), probably out of pity. He changed a lot, especially after his mother’s suicide. He knows about Nanami but had decided to give up on the past. He’s kinda of a playboy now T_T
This series KILLS me. The characters are so flawed that you feel the need to stab them.
Despite this, Bokura Ga Ita is a good drama. The animation style might bother some people (not me) but this series is worth watching. If you like Honey&Clover or series like Lovely Complex, you might be able to enjoy this series. There are like 8 different ED for each type of episode mood.

crap! in the manga Nanami will end up with Take and Yano with Yamamoto??? usou! what the heck… i am already disappointed with the anime’s ending and the manga has a bad ending like that?? i like the anime too but i really have this huge hung up on it because of the ending. it only made me cry stupidly and i had this huge lump on my chest which left me with a depressed feeling which i kinda carried at work this morning. (i finished the series yesterday) darn it. if the manga has an ending like that, i don’t think i would read it. i don’t want to be depressed again.
i’m thankful i read this because i was really planning to read the manga because the anime left me hanging on the edge.
i feel like crying again. darn it.

the manga series is still ongoing but I cannot agree more with you that this anime leaves us hanging like wth.
true, in the manga nana and take end up with each other. yano currently lives with yamamoto now but it isnt finished yet.
I still think yano and nana will end up together . I just dont know how. Its kinda hard to get manga of this anime…

Oh I’m sorry. I didn’t mean that Yano and Nana won’t be together. It just seems like there will be a long struggle for their romance. Nana saw Yano again already in the few latest chapter. She saw him and cried out his name.

well you guys need to read the manga to feel reassured that Nana and Yano are still on because Nana keeps on rejecting Take since then she only wants Yano
